  • Users acknowledge that Shopify Functions may fail to execute properly due to:
    • Shopify platform issues
    • Third-party integrations
    • Network connectivity problems
    • Code execution limits
    • Store configuration conflicts
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the current billing period
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Users assume full responsibility for testing functions before deployment
  • Force majeure conditions apply
  • Function Studio does not guarantee specific business outcomes or sales performance

8. Termination

Accounts may be terminated:

  • By user request
  • For terms violations
  • Non-payment
  • Extended inactivity
